THE GALLERY
The mission of Pocosin Arts
is connecting culture to the
environment through the arts.
The exhibits in the Pocosin Arts Gallery reflect this mission,
with a
permanent display of the traditional arts and folk craft of the people
of the pocosin region of eastern North Carolina. The gallery also
features temporary exhibits, often organized by theme, featuring the
current work of Pocosin Arts program participants, teachers, and
other
regional artists whose work exemplifies our mission. Its
